E-Cigarette & Juul Lawsuits | Seizures, Lung Injury and Stroke

Juul and different e-cigarette lawsuits declare vaping generated seizures, significant lung accidents or condition and strokes. In September 2022, Juul decided to cover about $440 million to 33 claims to stay claims that the vape manufacturer advertised their products and services to teens.


All of the preliminary lawsuits in the mass litigation were filed before reports of widespread vaping-related lung injuries and deaths began collection up in mid-2019.
